Change Your Mind, Change Your Body This Summer! FEE $159
(6 weekly 1 hr sessions, plus 1 private nutrition assessment)
Have you tried everything and still struggle to achieve sustainable weight loss? In this six week summer program, we give you the information you need to successfully manage your weight without deprivation dieting and food restrictions. We help you navigate your way through the vast array of conflicting and often false information that floods the media, so you can achieve balanced eating to suit your dynamic lifestyle. We also help you understand the toxic mindsets that can derail even the best laid plans, including “quick fix mentality” and “all or nothing thinking”. This program also includes a “one on one” counseling session to review each participant’s current eating behaviors, set realistic weight loss goals, and develop a personal nutrition plan. The “one on one” sessions are scheduled at the time of registration.

Back on Track Weight Management Support Group (8 weekly 45 min. sessions) Fee $99
This in an on-going support group for individuals who have completed the Change Your Mind, Change Your Body program, or for individuals who have previous experience working with CustomFIT Weight Management. Each session includes a body composition weigh in, a topic of interest and group discussion.

Jump Start! (Two 75 minute sessions) Fee $139
This is a great way to kick off your New Year’s Resolutions! Turn intentions into action with these two focused sessions, dedicated to creating the master plan you need to achieve the results you want. You set the priorities and together we determine tactical programs and processes that accommodate your resources and your lifestyle. Whatever your goals – weight loss, improved sports performance, or simply having more energy, let us give you the tools you need to succeed!
CustomFIT Small Group Training
Small Group Training is a fun and affordable way to improve your fitness level while enjoying the camaraderie and motivation that comes from exercising with others. Groups are limited in size to ensure your safety and productivity. We employ a variety of fitness equipment, including free weights, functional training systems, TRX, exercise bands, and barre work. We take pride in paying strict attention to your form, making sure you get the maximum benefit from your efforts. Sessions include an optional weekly body composition weigh in to help you track your progress.

Peak Performance Fitness Assessments
Are you looking to be leaner, stronger, faster? To raise the bar, you have to set the bar!
CustomFIT offers a number of fitness assessments designed to help you set goals, monitor your performance and stay motivated. Baseline assessments help you determine the effectiveness of your current programs, enabling you to make adjustments that foster your progress. Go ahead and set the bar! Choose the assessments that are right for you.
- Body Composition – Measures the amount of lean and fat tissue within your body and provides valuable information to set realistic goals for body weight, body composition and daily caloric intake
- Cardiovascular Fitness – Choose a 3 Minute Step Test, a 1.5 Mile Run Test or a 12 Minute Treadmill Test
- Muscle Endurance – Choose one or both, Curl Test to measure abdominal muscle endurance and Push Up Test to measure upper body muscle endurance
- Flexibility – Sit and Reach Test measures flexibility of the hamstrings and lower back

Wellness Coaching to Bring Out the Best in You!
(One initial 90 min. planning session, 5 follow up 45 min. sessions) Fee $329
You want to live a healthier, more balance life. You want more energy and less stress. You’ve tried other programs but you just can’t stick with them. With CustomFIT Wellness Coaching, we begin with an in depth 90-minute session to define your wellness vision, and gain perspective on your challenges, strengths, and motivators. We establish your long term and short term goals, as well as specific first steps that you will take to make your vision a reality. In your ongoing 45 minute sessions, we support you through your “trials and adjustments” and continue to set action based goals that are realistic and measurable. Our goal is to give you the skills and resources you need to become the master of your destiny!
