CustomFIT Consulting Services are designed for individuals who have a solid base of fitness knowledge and who are generally self motivated. They are looking for an objective assessment of their issues from an experienced professional they can trust. Let us help you find what you’ve been missing!

Motivation, Accountability & Convenience
Our Coaching Program begins with a Wellness Planning Session to establish your goals and to determine the best tools to help you track and manage your behaviors and your progress. We draw upon a variety of apps, fitness trackers and a variety of other resources as required for you to achieve your goals.
Your ongoing Coaching Program is designed on a schedule that best suits your needs, be that weekly, monthly or quarterly. Sessions can be done over the phone or in person and typically last 30 to 40 minutes.

Balanced Body Fitness Assessments
How fit are you? CustomFit Assessments help you gauge the effectiveness of your current programs, set new goals and elevate your fitness level to new heights.
- Cardiovascular Fitness – A Three Minute Step Test or 12 Minute Treadmill Test
- Muscle Endurance – Curl Test for abdominal endurance & Push Up Test for upper body endurance
- Body Composition – Measures muscle, fat, water, bone & metabolic rate
