Every body knows what “abs” are, and most folks spend a good deal of time working on them, but what exactly is the “core”, why is it so important and how do you work it effectively? The “core” muscles make up all of your torso, front, back and sides, as well as your hips. These muscles are essential for maintaining proper posture, stability and spinal health. They also are an integral factor in our ability to generate and adapt to force.
This 90 minute session will review the most productive exercises you should be doing, and more critically, how to execute these moves with proper form for maximum efficiency and safety.Whether you are an athlete looking to perform at the top of your game, an individual looking to avoid possible problems down the road, or simply someone who want to exercise productively and get the most for your efforts, this class is for you!
This is a “hands on” session, so please come in attire that allows you to move comfortably.

Change Your Mind, Change Your Body FEE $179
(8 weekly 1 hr sessions, plus 1 private nutrition assessment)
This is our signature, entry level group program, designed to deliver the information critical to sustainable, healthy weight loss. Our objective is to enable you to bypass the marketing hype of the food and weight loss industry so you can make informed choices that fit your dynamic lifestyle. We also provide strategies to help you counter the negative mindsets and influences that sabotage the best laid plans.
At the core of this program is a “one on one” nutrition counseling session for each participant and weekly weigh-in’s. We utilize a sophisticated scale that provides relevant information on both body weight and body composition. With an appreciation for the routine weight fluctuations related to fluid retention, it’s easier to focus on behaviors rather than a number. This helps avoid the “I’ll start again on Monday” attitude that disrupts consistency and progress. Bottom line, we establish a healthy mindset in order to achieve a healthy body!

Back on Track Weight Management Support Group (8 weekly 45 min. sessions) FEE $99
This in an on-going support group for individuals who have completed the Change Your Mind, Change Your Body program, or for individuals who have previous experience working with CustomFIT Weight Management. Each session includes a body composition weigh in, a topic of interest and group discussion.

On Track On Demand
5 passes to Back on Track Support Group meetings or private “weigh-in’s
Recognizing that most of you have an array of competing commitments, we are introducing a new “drop in” offering, designed to complement our existing weight management programs. On Track On Demand will give you the option of attending a 45 minute group support session or scheduling a private 15 minute check in appointment, whichever works best for YOUR schedule. By adding this element of flexibility, our goal is to help you maintain accountability, consistency and motivation, all vital components to your success. Please note, the 15 minute weigh-in’s are meant to supplement the productive dialog we accomplish during our group sessionss or our private 30 minute counseling sessions.
Peak Performance Fitness Assessments
Are you looking to be leaner, stronger, faster? To raise the bar, you have to set the bar!
CustomFIT offers a number of fitness assessments designed to help you set goals, monitor your performance and stay motivated. Baseline assessments help you determine the effectiveness of your current programs, enabling you to make adjustments that foster your progress. Go ahead and set the bar! Choose the assessments that are right for you.
- Body Composition – Measures the amount of lean and fat tissue within your body and provides valuable information to set realistic goals for body weight, body composition and daily caloric intake
- Cardiovascular Fitness – Choose a 3 Minute Step Test, a 1.5 Mile Run Test or a 12 Minute Treadmill Test
- Muscle Endurance – Choose one or both, Curl Test to measure abdominal muscle endurance and Push Up Test to measure upper body muscle endurance
- Flexibility – Sit and Reach Test measures flexibility of the hamstrings and lower back

With CustomFIT Wellness Coaching, we begin with an in depth 90-minute session to define your wellness vision, and gain perspective on your challenges, strengths, and motivators. We establish your long term and short term goals, as well as specific first steps that you will take to make your vision a reality. In your ongoing 45 minute sessions, we support you through your “trials and adjustments” and continue to set action based goals that are realistic and measurable. Our goal is to give you the skills and resources you need to become the master of your destiny!
