- Body Composition measures the amount of lean and fat tissue within your body and provides valuable information to set realistic goals for body weight, body composition and daily caloric intake
- Cardiovascular Fitness – Choose a 3 Minute Step Test, a 1.5 Mile Run Test or a 12 Minute Treadmill Test
- Muscle Endurance – Choose one or both, Curl Test to measure abdominal muscle endurance and Push Up Test to measure upper body muscle endurance
- Flexibility – Sit and Reach Test measures flexibility of the hamstrings and lower back
