Whether you’re a fitness junkie, an overworked professional or a couch potato, we all face similar challenges imposed by our modern lifestyles. We sit too much, we rush too much and when we do find the time to exercise or relax, flexibility work seldom makes it to top of the priority list!
To make it easier for you to add this simple and effective element to your self care routine, we offer Stretch & Relax services in the form of weekly classes along with private reservations for individuals, partners or small groups.
With straight forward guidance you’ll be lead through a series of basic stretches to target the areas of your body most susceptible to stress and muscle tightness.
You’ll also be coached through slow, deep breathing to enhance your stretch response. You’ll experience first hand the mind/body connection as your relaxed breathing impacts your nervous system. Your body responds by lowering your blood pressure and heart rate, and boosting positive brain chemistry so you can achieve a blissful sense of well being!
We offer private sessions for individuals or small groups and currently have a limited class schedule that meets weekly on Weds. mornings. If you don’t see what you need here, please get in touch and let’s find a schedule that works for you.
Private Stretch & Relax Sessions
30 Minutes $60 / session $55 / session for package of 6
45 Minutes $75 / session $65 / session for package of 6
1 Hour $90 each $75 / session for package of 6
$10 added for each additional person. Limit of 4 people per session.
Group Stretch & Relax Class
Thurs. @ 9:00 AM
Weds. @ 5:30 PM
$25 / class
