These 45 minute training sessions are designed to burn calories, build muscle and facilitate a consistent exercise routine.
I personally admit each participant into our “virtual” studio so I know you are showing up. (Accountability)
And payments are made on a monthly basis to KEEP you showing up. (Consistency)
I also make time to answer your questions, either after the session or in a private forum, to address any issues with regards to modifications, form or anything else that comes up during your virtual training. (Safety)

Small Group Training
Mon – Weds – Fri @ 6:45 AM Monthly Fee
3 classes per week /$156 monthly ($13/session)
2 classes per week /$116 monthly ($14.50/session)
1 class per week / $64 monthly ($16/session)
Private training also available for individuals or custom groups of family & friends.
